Meetings with Buyers
This service include five to eight confirmed meetings with prospective buyers / distributors / partners in the target market. In COVID-19 times, these business appointments are made through virtual media (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, others)
STEP 1: To kickoff the process, RGX will schedule an online interview with the client to check the desired profile of prospective buyers and to define meetings dates.
STEP 2: RGX then sends the client a list of potential counterparties on which it proposes to generate business appointments. The client approves and prioritizes it.
STEP 3: RGX invite priorized importers to keep a business appointment with the company, on the agreed dates.
STEP 4: Five days prior to the meeting dates, RGX deliver to the client an agenda with the meetings acomplished, detailing:
- Company name;
- Description of the products sold and the channel(s) served;
- Contact details;
- Name of the person to attend meeting;
- Date, time and place of the meeting.
- Level of interest in the export company
STEP 5: RGX will follow up the meetings with a report outlining the results of the business mission, suggestions for improvement and new markets.
